All that you need from us, is to creatively place them and make a print ready file for any of the items listed, which you plan to order printing.

For “more complex” designs, such as catalogues, magazines, folded brochures and presentation folders that require custom design styles, we suggest you send us a Design Brief. This leads us to studying your requirements; prior to contacting you for a fruitful discussion and solution.

It will be good to know what design material you hold, and what are the non-negotiable elements in your project. Under specifics, you have the opportunity to provide us a short, honest introduction of your company or product. Please don't take this information for granted, and don't assume that our designers will necessarily know anything about your industry or your market segment.

      NOTE: The speed of file upload will depend on your file size and your internet connection.

      To be eligible for Printing4you Australia's Best Price Guarantee, you must provide us on the date of the quotation, or within seven (7) days from the date of our quotation, evidence of any genuine competitor’s quoted price for the identical product. (ie, with the same specifications, material combination, quantity, and delivery time etc.) The competitor must offer the identical product on his quote, which will then be subject to validation against your Quotation Reference Number.

      Step 1 - Request a Quotation

      Clicking the GET QUOTE button for any product, you have the opportunity to customize your requirement and request a quotation online. Make sure you enter the correct delivery postcode.

      Soon as your quote is ready, you will receive a Quotation Reference Number by email. The email provided will not be used for any promotional purpose.

      Step 2 - Place Order & Checkout

      On receipt of your Quotation Reference Number click QUOTE in the menu bar and enter the number you have received. You will now be able to review your quotation, select options and view specifications.

      You can accept the quoted price by clicking the PLACE ORDER button. You will be then directed to the checkout page to make payment. Payments are accepted by Credit Card using Stripe and PayPal’s secure payment gateways.

      Step 3 - Approve Soft Design Proof for Printing

      On receipt of payment, we will send you a soft proof of the design for your approval. Please review your proof carefully. Please make sure you address any changes required prior to your final approval. Changes after approval will fall outside the original contract and will need to be quoted separately.

      Do you keep credit card information on file?

      We understand your reluctance in using your credit card online. We take the security of your card details very seriously and we do not hold any information about your card. We use Stripe and PayPal’s secure payment gateways, where you will be governed by Stripe and PayPal's User Agreements.

      Both Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd and PayPal Australia Pty Ltd accept most credit cards, while Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover are the most popular.

      You may also be prompted to make payment using Apple Pay or Google Pay depending on the device used to place your order. These services are independent of our website.

      We require payment in full when order is placed. If you choose payment by Bank Transfer, your order will not be processed until we receive confirmation of payment from our bank.

      An alternative method of payment will be to apply for credit facilities using our Credit Application

      What is the production time for my order?

      The production time is calculated from the receipt of payment & the approval of print proof, that is confirmed on or before 12.00pm on any working day (Mon-Fri).

      What will be the cost of delivery?

      The cost depends on the total weight and the number of packs/pallets to be delivered. In most cases our prices include delivery to anywhere in Australia.

      Changing your Delivery Address?

      Once a Quotation is issued and an Order is Actioned to a nominated Postcode, it is not possible to change the Delivery Postcode, but only the address. Please ensure that you enter the correct Postcode at the time of requesting your Quotation.

      Can I arrange for pickup of my order?

      Unfortunately we do not offer a pickup service. In most cases our prices include delivery to anywhere in Australia.

      Can my order be left at my delivery address without a signature?

      Yes, this is possible. We require your written consent to do so. You can provide this information when placing your order by adding it under instructions or shipping. The added instruction will appear in your order confirmation email.


      Though we can guarantee a dispatch day & time on all your orders, we do NOT guarantee a delivery date or time for it. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee transit times ex our facilities, or be held responsible for delays, damages or loss of goods by our nominated transport service provider.
